The way to reach Toolonit is by e-mail: contact@toolonit.com. Questions, bug reports, a tool that gave a wrong result and ideas for new tools are all welcome.

There is no contact form, chat or phone line.

Reporting a problem

A clear report helps fix things quickly. Please include:

• the address of the page or the name of the tool,
• your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone,
• what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.

Please don't send private files

Toolonit never sees your files and doesn't need to: describe the file instead — its format, its size and where it came from. If a sample is needed to reproduce the problem, send one that contains nothing personal.
