The result appears as soon as you drop a file, resampled with the Lanczos filter so it stays sharp. Everything runs in your browser: your files never leave your device, and it's free with no sign-up.
How to resize an image
- Drop one or more images anywhere on the page, paste one with Ctrl+V, or click to choose files. Each one is resized to 50% right away.
- Choose how to resize: Scale %, Fit within (the longest side, the width or the height) or Exact size, with presets such as 1080 × 1080 and 1200 × 630. Click a preset, drag a slider, or drag the corner of the preview.
- Keep each file's format or save as JPG, PNG or WebP. For JPG and WebP, pick Smallest, Balanced or High quality; with the original format, Like original keeps each photo's own quality.
- Click Download, or Download all (ZIP) when you added several images. Each file name carries its new size, like photo-1920x1080.jpg. To keep editing instead, click Apply beside it: the resized image takes the original's place in the list (Undo brings it back), and Crop, Compress or any other image tool goes on from there.

Is it private?
Yes. Your images are resized by a WebAssembly engine inside your browser and never sent to a server. Resized files are saved without camera details or GPS location, and a file that needs no change is kept exactly as it was.
Frequently asked questions
Does resizing reduce image quality?
Not when you make an image smaller: it stays sharp. Enlarging can't add detail that isn't there, so a picture at 200% looks softer. Kept in its own format, a JPG is saved again at about the quality it already had, so it looks the same; for JPG and WebP you can also choose High quality.
How do I keep the aspect ratio?
Use Scale % or Fit within: both always keep each image's proportions. With Fit within and Width, every image gets that width and its height follows its own proportions. In Exact size, turn on Keep proportions, or choose Crop to fill or Add borders so nothing is stretched.
How do I resize an image to exactly 1080 × 1080?
Choose Exact size and click the Square preset (1080 × 1080), or set any width and height. If the photo has another shape, Crop to fill trims the edges and keeps the part you choose, Add borders keeps the whole picture on a colored or transparent background, and Stretch squeezes it to fit.
Do my images stay after I leave?
Yes, in this browser only, until you remove them. Nothing is uploaded: the images are kept in your browser's own storage, so they are still in the list after a reload and in every other image tool. An image you applied a size to stays resized; Revert to original on its thumbnail brings the original back, and × or Remove all deletes images from this browser.
How large can the result be?
Up to 8192 px a side with Fit within and Exact size, and up to 400% with Scale. A result can be at most 16,384 px on a side and about 200 megapixels in all.
